Welcome!

I really needed an outlet for my creative writing (which I really don't do enough of). Ella Jean is my "pen name" for a couple reasons: When I started this I didn't want my name on it and Ella was my great grandmother's name who I was supposed to be named after (Since that didn't happen, that will be my daughter's name). The sweet high notes
The warm low notes
That embrace me
Treble and Bass
Dance in my ears
Sink deep into my skin
Flow through my blood
Melody and harmony
Move my body
Tap my feet
Clap my hands
And oh the songs
Caught in my head
Remind me of you
Feed my memories
