Welcome!

I really needed an outlet for my creative writing (which I really don't do enough of). Ella Jean is my "pen name" for a couple reasons: When I started this I didn't want my name on it and Ella was my great grandmother's name who I was supposed to be named after (Since that didn't happen, that will be my daughter's name). Some of My Old Haikus

I managed to dig these up in a long lost notebook. I must have been doing them a few years ago in English class because there was a ton of them and most are actually pretty bad! I liked these two.

Summer Night
Summer's nighttime sun
Diamonds in clear black night sky
A dreamer's playground

Teddy
To my childhood friend
